If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, we recommend that you do not use the site or make a reservation through this medium.

1. Reservations and Confirmations

1.1. Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or through authorized official channels.

1.2. To complete the reservation, personal and contact information may be required, and in some cases, payment or deposit details.

1.3. A reservation is considered confirmed only when the hotel sends confirmation by email, WhatsApp, or digital receipt.

1.4. The guest is responsible for verifying that the information provided is correct.

2. Rates, Payments, and Currency

2.1. All published rates are in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless otherwise indicated.

2.2. The final price may vary depending on exchange rates, applicable taxes, season, availability, or promotions.

2.3. The hotel may request advance payment, a deposit, or a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.

2.4. Failure to make payment or deposit may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

3. Cancellations, Modifications, and No Shows

3.1. Cancellations must be requested by email or by the same means used to make the confirmation.

3.2. Policies may vary depending on high season, promotions, or non-refundable rates.

3.3. In case of a no-show (failure to arrive on the reserved date), the hotel may charge the cost of the first night or the total stay, depending on the rate purchased.

3.4. Modifications are subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of the change.

4. Use of Facilities and Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests must use the facilities responsibly, respecting common areas, safety regulations, and established schedules.
4.2. The hotel may charge additional fees for damage, lost keys, deterioration, or special cleaning caused by misuse.
4.3. The hotel is not responsible for items left behind or lost in rooms or common areas and recommends the use of personal security measures.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on this website, and the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Mexico).
 

6. Use of the Website

6.1. The user agrees to use the site lawfully, without damaging its operation, content, or security.
6.2. It is prohibited to manipulate information, make fraudulent reservations, or use the site for purposes unrelated to the accommodation service.

11. Pet and Child Policy

11.1. Hotel Boutique Casa Vivaldi does not accept pets in any of its facilities, including common areas and rooms, in order to preserve hygiene, maintenance, and safety conditions for all guests.

11.2. The hotel does allow children to stay, but they must always be accompanied by a responsible adult in rooms, hallways, reception, common areas, and especially in areas that require greater caution, such as the pool.

11.3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of minors and for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or facilities.

11.4. For safety reasons, the hotel may restrict the use of specific areas to minors without supervision, at the discretion of the staff in charge.
